The quality of an artificial grass installation depends almost entirely on the preparation underneath. We excavate the existing turf and topsoil, lay a compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base, add a layer of granite dust or sharp sand screeded to level, then install a weed membrane before laying the grass. This layered approach creates proper drainage, prevents sinking, and ensures the surface stays flat and firm for years.

We use premium 30-40mm pile height grass from trusted UK suppliers, with UV stabilisation to prevent fading in sunlight and a perforated backing for natural drainage. Joins are invisible, edges are neatly tucked, and the finish is seamless.
